"Easy stop after work"
The hours work really well for me and it’s an easy stop after work since the store is simple to get to from my side of town, so I can swing by without it feeling like a whole extra trip.
"Definitely Looked Better in the Photos"
I ordered a planter and a wreath, and let’s just say they were a little more impressive online. The planter showed up with chipped paint, which was a fun surprise, and the wreath was flimsy for what they’re charging. Shipping was fine, so there’s that. I guess I just expected the actual products to match the price a bit more. Probably won’t be ordering again.

"Parking was such a hassle"
I had a bad feeling as soon as I pulled into the lot, i should’ve trusted my instinct. It was super cramped, and I could barely find a spot anywhere. For just wanting to run in and take a quick look, it really wasn’t worth the hassle.

"Clean and Easy to Shop"
I thought the store was clean overall and easy to move around in, which always makes shopping less of a hassle for me. I did notice a little dust on some of the shelves toward the back, but it wasn’t a big deal. The bathrooms were decent too. In my opinion, it’s a solid 4-star experience.

I ordered a few decor pieces and, for the most part, they looked like what I saw on the website. I know colors can look different depending on lighting or your screen, so I’m not trying to make a big thing out of it, but one piece was definitely more muted in person than it looked online. It wasn’t bad enough for me to return it or anything, and it still works in the room, but I do wish the photos had shown that a little more clearly. Overall, it was an okay experience

"I Found Way More Than I Expected"
I went on the site just to look for some planters for my place, and somehow I ended up browsing wreaths, pillows, and even a few kitchen things. I was actually surprised by how much they had. I’m picky about decor, so I liked being able to look through different styles without jumping between a bunch of stores. It took me longer than I expected to decide, but that’s because I kept finding things I wanted. I’ll probably check back next time I’m updating my seasonal decor.

I was able to find what I needed on the Carolina Pottery site, but it wasn’t exactly a straight path. Some sections were easy enough to spot, while others had me poking around longer than I thought I would.
The pages loaded without any issues, so that part was fine. It’s not a bad site by any means, but the navigation could be a bit more organized if they want the shopping experience to feel smoother

"Not sure I'd try in-store pickup again"
I ordered online for in-store pickup thinking it would be the easy option, but maybe I was expecting too much? When I got there, nobody could find my order, even though I showed them the confirmation email. I just kind of stood around while different employees asked each other what was going on.
After almost 40 minutes, they told me part of the order wasn’t even available. I was frustrated, though I guess maybe these things happen, but there wasn’t much of an apology either. They just said I could pick something else. I don’t think I’ll be doing pickup here again

"The packaging was bad. The box…"
The packaging was bad. The box looked like it was thrown together in a hurry, and there definitely wasn’t enough padding inside. My item was able to move around during shipping and ended up arriving damaged. I’m trying to be fair, but for something fragile, I really expected better. Disappointing.

"Shipping Was Way Too Slow"
I ordered from Carolina Pottery expecting it to ship within a few days, but it basically just sat there with almost no updates. I kept having to check the status myself, and the tracking barely changed for the longest time. By the time the order finally started moving, I didn’t even need the items anymore, which felt like a waste of time and money. Customer service wasn’t much help either—just generic replies that didn’t really solve anything. with shipping this slow, I don’t think it’s worth ordering from them again.

"Custom flowers were okay, but something felt a little off"
I ordered a custom floral arrangement from carolinapottery.com for my entry table, it came out okay. The colors were close to what I asked for, but not quite exact, like maybe someone had the notes but not the full story. A few stems were a little bent when it arrived too, which made me wonder what kind of journey this thing really went through before getting to my door.
Customer service did eventually answer my email, but it took a couple days. They were polite enough, so I’m not saying there’s some big floral cover-up happening, but I did have to explain the order twice, which always makes me suspicious that nobody is actually looking at the original details.
Overall, it looks fine from a distance, and I’m keeping it because it still works for the space. It’s not bad at all, just not as nice as I had pictured in my head. Would I order custom again? Maybe, but next time I’m taking screenshots of everything like I’m building a case file

"Got What I Needed, but It Took a Bit"
I used the site to place an order the other day, and overall it was fine, but it definitely felt a little old-school. I had to click around for a while before I found what I was looking for, mostly because the menus weren’t super clear. A few pages also loaded slower than I expected, which made the whole thing feel a bit clunky. That said, once I finally got to checkout, everything went smoothly and I was able to finish my order without any real problems.

"Photos didn’t really measure up"
The site itself was fine to use, but the product photos didn’t do much for me. Compared to other shops where the pictures are brighter and show the details better, these felt a bit dull. On a few items, I couldn’t really judge the size or see the smaller features clearly, which made it harder to decide. The products might actually look nice in person, but online they just didn’t stand out. Better photos and a cleaner layout would make a big difference.

I ordered a few things that were listed as in stock, and then later I was told they actually didn’t have them. Maybe I’m not wrong for being frustrated here, but that’s annoying when you’ve already planned around getting those items. The website really needs to reflect the actual inventory. I don’t think I’d shop here again unless they fix that.

My first impression was frustrating. The return process didn’t feel very clear, and I had to spend more time than expected figuring out the steps. On top of that, the refund took forever to come through, which made the whole experience feel more stressful than it needed to be...

"Good seasonal finds, but the variety can run thin"
They usually have a decent mix of seasonal stuff, especially when it’s getting close to a holiday, and I do like browsing those sections because you can usually find a few cute or useful things. That said, some areas definitely feel a little picked over, like the better items are gone early and what’s left is just a lot of the same kind of thing repeated in different colors or slightly different styles. It’s not a bad selection overall, and I wouldn’t say I was disappointed exactly, but I do wish they kept the variety going a little better throughout the whole season instead of it feeling like you have to shop super early to see the best options.

"Prices don’t match the quality"
I was disappointed with carolinapottery.com. The prices already felt a little high, but I ordered anyway thinking the items would look nicer in person. When they arrived, the quality was just okay, nothing really stood out, and I’ve definitely seen similar stuff for less elsewhere.
I reached out to support because I felt like the value just wasn’t there, but the response kind of made me feel like it was my fault for expecting more. That didn’t sit great with me. Overall, it just wasn’t worth the money in my experience
